12 Lives is a cinematic documentary series dedicated to preserving twelve unique human stories — one film, one life at a time. Each installment is a standalone short documentary, crafted with the care, depth, and visual language of a feature film, that honors a person whose journey deserves to be seen, heard, and remembered long after the credits roll.

12 Lives is created by filmmaker Joshua Ducharme in partnership with She Talks Productions. Together they are building a body of work that resists forgetting — a permanent record of twelve lives, told with the dignity and craft each one deserves.
